Winter Light is a project that pairs video art with vacant store windowfronts to illuminate downtown Eugene. The project represents an ongoing collaboration between Harmonic Laboratory, the City of Eugene Cultural Services, and many downtown Eugene business partners. We’ve been able to commission many digital artworks over the last several years. These works appear at night in vacant storefront windows throughout downtown Eugene activating the spaces between.
